Hope Igniters

We're a community-based organization based in Nairobi, Kenya, dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable and at-risk youth. We believe that every young person—no matter their background, struggle, or past—has a divine purpose waiting to be awakened.
Our Mission

To transform the lives of vulnerable and at-risk youth through mentorship, character development, and practical empowerment programs—anchored in biblical truth and holistic care—so that every young person can rediscover purpose, dignity, and hope.

Our Vision

Empowering vulnerable youth to rise with hope, restore their dignity, and live out their God-given purpose.

Our work began with a simple act of compassion and has grown into a vibrant movement of restoration and empowerment. We exist to bring hope where despair once lived, to restore dignity where shame once lingered, and to inspire young hearts to rise and live out their God-given destiny.

At our core, we are more than mentors or sponsors—we are a family of faith, walking side by side with young people as they rediscover their identity, rebuild their confidence, and reimagine their future.

Our Objectives

We exist to bring lasting change in the lives of young people through:

  1. Promoting youth character development with the Bible as the foundation of growth.

  2. Coordinating and managing income-generating activities that empower youth economically.

  3. Equipping youth with essential life skills for personal growth and self-reliance.

  4. Facilitating formal, informal, and alternative education for youth in unique or vulnerable circumstances.

  5. Providing mentorship programs that nurture purpose, discipline, and leadership.

  6. Conducting street outreach and rescue activities targeting at-risk and homeless youth.
